1. Who we are (Data Controller)
MTÜ TallinnCup, registry code 80316603, operates the Finest League tournament and this website (finestleague.eu).

2. What information we collect
When you submit the team registration form, we collect:
- Team name
- Selected age group / tournament package
- Approximate number of players
- Coach first and last name
- Coach email address
- Coach phone number
3. Why we collect this information
We use this information to:
- Process and confirm your team’s registration for the tournament
- Contact you about schedule, logistics, payment and other tournament-related matters
- Plan tournament groups, fields and staffing based on number of teams and players
4. Legal basis for processing
We process this data based on:
- Your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the registration form
- The steps necessary to perform the registration you requested (preparing to enter into a contract for tournament participation)
5. Who has access to your data
Your registration data may be accessed by:
- Finest League tournament organizers
- For teams registering from Finland: data is shared with our tournament partner Pasi Nieminen (pasi64.nieminen@gmail.com), who handles sales and registration for Finnish teams
- Our website hosting and form provider (WordPress / WPForms), acting only as a technical data processor
We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for marketing unrelated to the tournament.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep registration data for [12-24] months after the tournament season ends, after which it is deleted, unless we are required to keep it longer for accounting or legal reasons. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Object to or request restriction of processing
- Request a copy of your data (data portability)
- Lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee, if you believe your data has been mishandled
